Not at all! Music therapy is an optional tool I use when I think it might be helpful to connect with your emotions or unblock some aspect. If you’re not interested, we’ll focus on other approaches.
How can I prepare for my first session with you?
Just be yourself. You can reflect on what worries you and what you’d like to achieve, but don’t pressure yourself. The most important thing is to come with an open mind and a willingness to share.
I've tried other therapies, and they haven't worked for me. What makes your approach different?
I understand your frustration. My approach is highly personalized, combining psychology with my sensitivity as a musician. I don’t follow a manual; instead, I adapt the techniques to your pace and needs, seeking tangible results in your daily life.
What skills or tools can I expect to acquire in therapy?
You will learn techniques for stress management, emotional regulation, effective communication, and problem-solving, among others.
What training and experience do you have as a therapist?
In addition to my training in psychology, I am a musician and music therapist with years of experience. I have worked in clinics and rehabilitation centers, and I have seen firsthand the power of therapy to improve people’s lives.
